For the Japanese Festival, Heyday has brewed Moon Assembly, a Miso Autumn Ale 5.5%
Moon Assembly Miso Autumn Ale glows with a dark red hue. The velvety-soft mouthfeel reveals layers of slightly sweet bread honey & a biscuit undertone, creating a rich & comforting taste. Subtle hints of umami add a unique depth, making each sip an inviting experience. Heyday Beer Co, a vibrant brewery and brewpub on Wellington's iconic Cuba St, keeps it fresh and creative with a rotating lineup of craft beers and dynamic art. The space bursts with colour, contrasted by the working brewery that runs the length of the venue, giving customers a true 'fresh is best' experience, straight from the brewery to bar.
